DIY project for the home

I have a thing about new nail polish! I just love it! Can’t figure out why because just a few years ago, I wouldn’t have considered painting my finger nails because I felt it was a waste of my time to do this on a weekly basis.

After one visit to a free nail polish event at the Chanel counter, I was hooked!

I know I’m not the only one with 50-11 bottles of nail polish…so many that you lose track of what you have and then this happens…

Promise those all look the same on my nails!

So I needed a way to organize my colors so I could at least see them on a regular basis and possibly remember what colors I own before buying duplicate shades!

My power drill might be a baby power tool, but I love it!

This picture was purchased at a festival.

Start by laying out your design choice so you can play around with dimensions and such.

I’m a stickler for getting things done right the first time, so after many measurements, I was able to get these puppies hung!

Now my nail polishes are set out neatly and I can easily see what I need!

I had to pin my DIY task:)! When hanging objects, a stud finder and leveler are great to have nearby.

Then I was off to buy more polish 🙂

What a great idea! Like you, I never was a huge nail polish person. Well, I should say buyer, lol, I’d go to the nail salon but would never purchase colors myself. Maaan after one late night trip to CVS and seeing all the pretty Wet ‘n’ Wild colors I was smitten! 30 bottles later…lol…
